Delivery timelines may vary slightly during public holidays or promotional periods.

2. 🌍 GCC Delivery

We ship across the GCC, including: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman
Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days.

3. ✈️ International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any local government fees are not included in the shipping charges paid at checkout.
If applicable, these charges are determined by your destination country's customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient before the shipment can be delivered.
The courier or local customs office will contact you directly with payment instructions if any charges apply.
As customs regulations vary by country, Farzana Shah is unable to estimate or collect these fees in advance.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking details.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
