Returns & Refunds 

At Farzana Shah, each piece is handmade and tailored on order with intention and care. We encourage thoughtful purchasing and have outlined our policy clearly below for transparency.

Sale Items

All purchases made during sale events are final.
Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging are intact
 • The item is returned in its original condition
After 14 days from delivery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Made-to-Order Disclaimer

As our garments are tailored on order, slight variations in finish may occur and are considered part of the handmade process. These are not deemed defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
 • Please allow 7 working days for the amount to reflect
Refunds apply to the cost of the garment only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if sizing or fit isn’t right.
• If exchanging for a higher or lower value item, the price difference will be charged or credited accordingly
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
 • In case of a faulty or damaged item, return shipping will be refunded
Delivery timelines for exchanged items may vary depending on location.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
