Eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate a refund request. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exclusions
- Final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
